Google is Planning to launch Android Pay in India later this year through Unified Payments Interface (UPI). Google has Reportedly Started Testing its Android Pay Digital Wallet Backed by Unified Payments Interface.
Android Pay Mobile Payment Service is Now Available in 10 Markets. Last week, Google Announced Payment API that will allow People Pay in App or Online with Any Verified Credit or Debit Card Saved to their Google Account, Via Products Like Google Play, Chrome and YouTube.
The latest news about expanding in India Comes a Week after Google Expanded Android Pay to Four More Countries – Brazil, Canada, Russia, Spain and Taiwan. Samsung Pay also Recently Went Live with UPI And Paytm also Supports UPI and WhatsApp is Expected to Launch UPI-based Digital Payments Service in India.
